If your jewellery is available and in our shop then it will be dispatched almost immediately, otherwise it will be made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for this or we will try and work to a specific date by special arrangement.
 
 
We will always dispatch your jewellery purchase by Royal Mail Special delivery (insured and guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery) at £7.50

Please note we can only dispatch goods paid for by credit card to the card holders address.

For health and hygiene reasons we do not exchange earrings. All other items may be returned /exchanged within 10 days providing it is unworn, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging for a full refund (excluding P & P) By special arrangement in advance, the timescale on returns may be extended.
 

Please note when ordering a ring to be made in a specific size then we work from A to Z using centre line as the actual size. It is the customers responsibility to provide the accurate finger measurement, taking into account the width and thickness of the ring design i.e narrow or wide ring sizing gauges, as provided at most high street jewellers. For example, here at Youngs Jewellers we use the English metal "Wheatsheaf" gauge. Any alterations in ring sizing, made after purchase, will be charged for including P & P.
